I am still fairly new to this stuff so some things I say may seem goofy.
The laptop I have had for nearly a year is a Lenovo 3000 C100. According to the 'system information';
-----------------------------
Microsoft Windows XP
Professional
Version 2002
Service Pack 2.
Intel(R) Pentium(R) M
processor 1.73 GHz
795 MHz, 504 MB of RAM
-----------------------------
Anyways it is a fairly average laptop right?
I've done some digging and it turns out there are two slots for RAM and only one is being used. The 504 MB of RAM is removable so I have decided to upgrade. Even more looking led me to this;

An upgrade specifically for my laptop coming in at $60.00! I haven't purchased it yet but I have the extra cash and am considering it.
Now I figure if I am going to have two gigs of RAM why not up the graphics card a bit.
What is currently installed on my system is not technically a card at all though;
Mobile Intel(R) 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family
The card I want to upgrade to is;

I am fairly sure it is compatible with my laptop but not positive. I don't know if I have a 'PCI' slot or something of the sort.

Opinions, Suggestions
Would you chose a different graphics card for my system (under $100.00)?
Do you like my choice of possibly upgrading to the maximum of RAM? From what I understand, the more RAM the better correct?
