Through the Loop:

http://www.coastercrazy.com/track_exchang ... ?tid=13232

This ride was inpsired by some of the other portable Schwarzkopf looping coasters such as Thriller and Olympia Looping Bahn. Some of the trademarks of this coaster are its two curving drops, the first one being the first drop and the second curving drop occurs after the first block brake. The ride also has 4 large loops but actually none are exactly back to back. The color scheme features white supports with red track (white trim) and the loops are colored blue. Capacity should be really solid since the ride runs 5 trains, has an unload and load station, and also has 2 block brakes and a total of 8 blocks on the ride.

Stats:

Height: 139 feet
First Drop: 131 feet
First Loop: 70 feet
Second Loop: 70 feet
Third Loop: 50 feet
Fourth Loop: 50 feet
Drop out of First Block Brake: 67 feet
Top Speed: 60 mph
Length: 4086 feet
Trains: 5 (4 car 16 seat trains)
Capacity: 1920 pph

Well the previous thread was about the progress of the ride and under the hard hat area. This thread is announcing that the ride is complete. Anyway having read my first review, I am not very happy. First of all the person claims that I didn't listent to other peoples comments, but than again I didnt' always agree with their comments. First of all, this is my version of a Schwarzkopf looping coaster, so yes it is less compact than other rides of this type. However, I still don't think that it makes this ride any less "realistic" or something that could have been designed. Also the comments about the lateral g's being to high are not right, in that the lateral g's on this ride are within any ASTM limits and in safe and reasonable range. The first drop pullout seems interesting to me, since its an S curve that transitions the train from heading to the right.

I don't think a rate of 1 is very fair. And also I bought No Limits when it first came out in 2001, so I am not a neewbie, I have been designing rides for this game for a while.

I don't really agree with the use of tools or extra stuff in that I don't think the purpose of the game is to fine tune for several months on small transitions. But its more to visualize what your design, since its not really made for designing and engineering a coaster. A few companies use it to help customers visualize what the ride will do, such as Gerstlauer.

Don't make a new thread when you finish a roller coaster. That information needs to go in the original progress thread so that we're not wasting space.

You've had the game for six years and pulled up this ride? Likely story...

Well yes its true. But I also don't have the free time to really design rides with the game all the time and have some long breaks. I don't think this coaster was my best work but you can see some others that I have uploaded on other sites here:

Dood, you're supposed to make a new thread in the advertising forum after you finish a ride.

That doesn't make sense to me. If you weren't hosting a progress thread, then sure, but if you have a thread of the ride already going, why not just post the information there?
