Terrain Hyper

Howdy,

been a while since I posted in THIS bit of the forum!

anywho, I'm currently constructing a large intamin hyper coaster that will eventually be packed with headchoppers, airtime, terrain interaction and speed! As of yet, I have no name for the sucker and am also undecided on the colour scheme.

The supports are too dark of a red. Add some pink or lighten them up a tad. [:)]

I'm undecided about it, it seems a bit 'out there', but a lot of coasters that come out these days do seem to have fairly far out colours on them

Ugh! If you're going to do that color of blue, please make the supports orange.

ahwell, the paint job can just be an on-going thing, probably best decide when all the supports and trees are in anyhow.

^ yes, they are. I didn't really understand what he meant either, but figured maybe they were showing up different on my screen for some reason.

The ride looks pretty dece so far, for the colors I like the ones you currently have, I just suggest you lighten them up a lil. I'm suprised you can't think of a name, you're usually good with that.

Just seem to be having a little bit of a mental block as far as names are concerned, I think it's because I just used to look through the thesaurus, which I've now lost

They're not orange. They have orange in them... but not orange.
Make them like.. pure orange. As orange as possible.

My early coasters had some wierd wood colors because the colors in my monitor were not adjusted properly. That could be your problem also. CRT's are very difficult to adjust colors correctly. Now I have a LCD monitor and the colors are correct.

my monitor is a 19" LCD [:D] so any colour discrepancies won't be down my end [:P]

Ok, little update.

The whole thing is completely terraformed and I'm pretty certain that I'm happy with the trackwork now. There was a couple of areas of the track that I've had a couple of porblems with, but after a bit of tweeking and bending and twisting, i think I've got there! heh.

It's about 40% supported now also, so I'm not that far away from completion now. However, I was hoping once again to do some 3D's for this thing, like I had hoped to do for some prvious tracks, but I'm faced with the same problem... I can't really be arsed to do anything about getting a 3D's program . I do have AutoDesk Inventor on my computer, which is like ?????????5,000 worth of software, but the thing doesn't export to the right files haha.

Wow, that looks stunning. love the bendy hill, that tight helix and the overall look of the layout. Can't wait to ride it!
