Halo 3 lawsuit?

Apparently someone is claiming a class action lawsuit againt Bungie and MS that claims that upon playing Halo 3 it crashes their xbox and makes it "freeze" "crash" etc and renders the game dead.

Funny Ive logged so many crazy hours on it and neither myself or anyone Ive spoken too (which is probably well into the hundreds considering I work at Best Buy) has EVER had or heard of this problem.

Well I wouldn't be surprised if their was a tiny bit of truth to this considering the 360's are notorious for destroying game discs if you pick up the system while it's on. Talk about bad design.

^You shouldn't be doing that. I just got one a week ago, and am in love with it. No problems what so ever. It is a great product, horrible in the wrong hands.

Yeah but you can do that with pretty much every other system ever without any negative consequences.

Aside from a cd player Ive NEVER known a machine that is "good" to pick up while a game or dvd is playing. Its just common knowledge not too. Plus, Ive actually done this with a game and luckily nothing happened on my 360. Didnt know there was a history.

But Im fairly certain its not bad design. Its complete lunacy to pick up a dvd/console/cd player while its working.
