Why can't Burger King itself just be discontinued?

Whataburger is where its at IF you have a damn hour to kill while they slaughter and process the damn cow in the back before they can make your damn burger! That place is slower than a freaking 5-star restaurant! Gosh, I hate them all.

BK on the other hand ... BK slays them all! Long live the King!!!! [lol]
Sometimes the best thing to say is nothing at all.

Yeah, if you hadn't already heard, it was only an attempt to get a reaction out of people.

the whole thing was wonderful.
it showed an america that expects whats spoon fed to them and how they react when it isn't there.
chuff em..they deserve whatever is in the bag.when i buy food at one of these places i understand that they are appealing o the lowest common denominator of our society, and if i got shiz in a bun i'd be satisfied because i undestand that this country is very vain and bases what they like on what the media presents to them as good.

No burger, EVER, will be better than Harvey's. If you've been to Canada, you'd understand. [:D]

ehh I think you're exaggerating somewhat jayman. Consider all the movies, video games, food, even roller coasters that are supposed to be very good, but aren't received well by the public, and conversely all the things that are supposed to be horrible that the public loves.

I see your point, but I think you went way too far with it.

For anyone that's willing to stab themselves in the arteries, the Hardee's ThickBurgers are way tastier than the Whopper. But ever since I looked at the nutritional information and found that all my favorite burgers had almost 1500 calories and 70 grams of fat, I switched to Arby's.

Hardees or Rallys. Best greasy burgers money can buy no questions asked. The sad part is that most fast food places have food that their customers feel the place wouldn't be complete without that item. IMO the video brings an even more important point, it shows the emotional attachment people have grown... with a hamburger. Some of em sorta acted as if the Whopper was dead, recalling fond memories they had with their hamburger. And that makes the Whopper a succesful product because you don't really need to market what people already love. Thats why these days you always see ads for some new variation on a whopper or some other horribly terrible food for you to eat.

Personally, I prefer Culver's or Wendy's. I think they are the best burger chains.[approve]

Well, considering burger king was made around the whopper, and it is probably America's most popular sandwhich...

I would be disappointed if they discontinued it. I love whoppers!

How about a real burger at Red Robin?

My favourite burger is the one that comes off my grill. Not the slop that is placed between two pieces of cardboard that can be found at any fast food place.

Wow. Thats great. Why?

A friend and I started something to combat everyone coming into Best Buy and asking the same, dumb question EVERY day - Do you have any Wii's?

The answer is 99% no. So now, instead of just saying no - we say:

Nintendo has discontinued the Wii. There are no more to go around and we wont be getting any leftovers.

The looks are priceless. We say it with a little sarcasm and hope they catch on. Most do, some - actually believe us.

Great video. LOL @ Square patty.

It would really be pretty stupid though if Burger King did actually discontinue the Whopper. What would they have left if they didn't have that?
