Weird, on XP I dont have a problem at all with NL or the sounds. Havent tried it on my Vista laptop though. Glad to see the mine train. Now I must start on my ride which was inspired by said track style.

This is fantastic!

The only issue I'm having is with the sound, though it only occurs once every few minutes so it isn't too big of a problem.

seems to be a nice update, though i really haven't messed with it all that much. glad to see they finally added mine trains. i wish it would have been the arrow style track though, but beggars can't be choosers. it would have also been nice to see more realistic support options for the mine trains. the wooden supports available don't seem quite right for mine trains.

Does anyone else experience a freeze when either riding or in fly mode, going in opposite direction of the sun, and then turn-around to face the sun/sun-flares?

talking of the sims my gs are all wacked out in that, i keep getting sudden g spikes of up to 11 gs! also it can go 1.4 then 1.2 then-0.8 then 0.5 then 1.5 then o.3 then -5.8 in the space of about a second when i'm going at 25% speed so if im trying to get an accurate reading of my gs i can't because its so goddamn confusing! and this coaster is a competition coaster so i need to have this fixed pretty much now! so can anyone help?

Is it just me, or does the track packer not work very well with 1.7? Also, has anyone else been trying to download any tracks that were made pre-1.7 and cant download the 3D's with them?
Those are really the only problems I'm having with 1.7. Other than that, it's a nice improvement to 1.6.

I guess its time for a an upgrade to NL Track Packager anyway. Fix those car texture issues and update track styles.

Got my Mac 1.7 earlier today. Had a rough install (The first download link kept crashing my browser, then I had to reboot because the updater kept locking up an crashing) but I've got it. I'm going to build some kind of a mine train soon to test it out.
