wow so theres going to be a ton of "dark knight coasters" just like "batman the ride". cool!

the offical site has made a construction page. nothing for the ride there yet. just shows chiller is almost gone and MTWE.

i just noticed, with MTWE and Chiller, that spot is BIG

Well todays update:

Stats:

6: Number of 180-degree turns through which riders will hurtle

10: Cars that will make up the ride, launching every 14 seconds, with four people allowed per car

13: Amount of coasters Six Flags Great Adventure will boast once the ride is built

30: Approximate miles per hour at which the ride will move

48: Height, in inches, a person must reach to ride the coaster alone (42 inches to ride with an adult)

52: Height, in feet, the ride will reach

120: Seconds the experience will last

1,213: Linear feet of track the ride will follow

7.5 million: Dollars it will cost to build The Dark Knight Coaster

Just got back from riding...
Well..Wasnt good at all
Me and my friend thought it was kinda horriable.
Everything up to the actual ride itself was good.
It was a dissapointment

what does it look like on the inside. i am really confused when it comes to the laytout of the ride.

OK well You go through the line, then into the preshow area
where they show a clip[of what im guessing from the movie] then the clip goes all crazy[joker taking over] then "HAHA"&"why so serious" appear on the walls.[also, durin this there is still "a line" to keep it organized]
Then a door opens and you continue to walk.. and its like a control room looking theme i guess
and eventuall you walk up, and theres this screen, and you look at it and it puts a joker face on yours[ as seen in-


Then you enter the "station" portion where you board the trains, the trains really never stop moving, their always in motion, and you board.
then turn right out of station and go up lift.
I belive its the same layout as[but reversed]

I actually didnt take notice of alot of themeing and it was kinda fast to take it all in.
