alright, now i like screamo or whatever you want to call it, but these guys seriously suck. they all sound like they are playing their own random crap. so nothing against metal, just these guys. if you ask me, they kinda sound like me taking a fat dump. sorry. :/

sorry man, but jensen is right, that metal is crap... they sound like me after about 30 jalapeno chicken wings on the toilet... no dissrespect, but you need to find some music that you can truely appreciate... not this "grrblah kill babies" crap

I'm not huge into brutal metal (most of it sucks IMO) but Nile is one band that I do really like, well "Annihilation of the Wicked" anyway. Decapitated is another "brutal metal" band I've been getting into lately. Their drummer was amazing, he just died a couple months ago.

The Black Dahlia Murder are getting more "brutal" too, though it's still mostly melodic death metal.

Jesus Christ...wake up guys! Every single one of those videos are just a bunch of incoherent riffs strung together what I could only described as drunk clowns. That is not music in the least bit. I am a fan or Rock and Metal music and that really is neither. It seems to me that there are alot of these death metal fanboys about and the only real purpose of them is to find heavier and shitter bands for thier friends to accept them. I honestly don't get it, you all need to erase your musical taste and go and buy a Led Zepplin CD (or Vinyl) and see how it all began

I've got plenty of variety in what I listen to from death metal to Iron Maiden all the way to classical/baroque music, but anyone that says all metal/death metal is poop doesn't know what they're talking about. Sure there's a ton of bands that are horrible and have no talent for songwriting or playing, but the same is true with every other genre of music. There's plenty of metal/death metal that is very well written, well performed, and is just great music overall.
The way I look at it though, metal is something you either get or you don't. If you don't like metal now, you never will, but you could at least appreciate it and recognize that it is actually music (the good stuff anyway). I hear people say that classical/orchestral music in general is boring and stupid, but does that make it bad? Of course not.
