For my wii, I need a password to get on the Internet (on the Wii) from my HomeRF system (the one way it can get on the Internet). I do not know how to retrieve the password and everything. Does someone know how to do this?

No clue.

But by any chance did you try 'admin' as the username and password left blank?

Is this through your home network? Ask your parents if they set a passkey for your network.

you need to get the w.e.p key, this is located in your routers settings, find the settings for you router and set a wep key(128bit) this is high security but you will be able to get on internet on your wii with a password, then set a password, i think, all you need to do i set this all up, if its a netgear router then its easy to set up, others im not sure about but they should be the same. i got internet working on my wii!!!

I looked on the Wii website and it does not give me any information whatsoever. I just do not know how to get onto the Internet.

Also, there are also many other channel options in the Wii menu. I thought these were unlocked once you were on the internet. How come I do not have them? (the Internet channel, the "Everybody votes" channel, etc.)

your wii might not be near enought to the wirless, if your having the same problem over and over just bridge a connection and plug a cable from a pc or a second router and the signal will be constant!

For starters, WEP is not "high" security. It can be hacked in a matter of minutes so I would advise you to use WPA or higher protection on your wireless.

Go to the wii shop channel and you can download the internet channel and all that stuff there.
