Are these acceptable or not? They are no closer than the handrails, but after what you and guitarplayer said i am unsure as to what you ment, so can you tell me whether either of these occasions will get me a point deduction?
These are acceptable. I will be taking the handrails as reference in the tunneltest for the sides. For the height, please change the trackstyle to a steel one and you can check the headchoppers for any incursions
alton_, just wondering, in your track, there are at least three freestanding support structures that are not part of the track or supports, what the hell are they doing there??
Don't feel rushed. If you haven't noticed the ones uploaded all have ridiculous unsafe G's. Considering the only modern wooden coaster with more than 4 (above 3.7 very rare) positive G's is an RCCA that says something (I think it's Coaster Express but I need a fact check on that one). Son OF Beast has 4.5 but that's in the loop. The plug in plays probably have more than 3.7 but those are not exactly what we're supposed to be building and are a completely different construction.
FYI the max positive G's on a GCI is 3.9 and Troy only has 2.4. The Troy one might be a typo and really be 3.4, I haven't ridden it though.

Urg... I'm in serious trouble ATM. I've been swamped with a sudden rush of midterms and portfolios, so I've been out of contention for the last week. Monday and Tuesday, I have a s***load of work to do, which leaves me a lousy 2 days to finish my coaster. It's not looking good for me... I might just have to settle for finishing it by hand, and using no custom supports whatsoever. It's ugly, but it'll get it done at least.
