I've been ride operator in Disneyland Resort Paris for a while (Rock n Rollercoaster) and it never bored me for a minute. But if I had a choice I would like to work as a mechanic. It sounds awesome to work on the rides to make them run smoothly.
With you there modelmaker. I work at Son of Beast and I love it, but nothing like getting your hands dirty and getting to go places where no one else gets to on the ride. But now I am conflicted, cause I really like guest relating. You get the most stories from there.
The rest of those jobs are dead in jobs. The best you could hope for is a little above minimum wage. Not much of a living.
If you really wanna make some cash, you gotta start progressing to more important jobs in supervision/management, ect. Usually in areas outside of the themepark, but still are important in running the themepark.
