why thank you !
the guy really is a good guitarist, but our tastes are 180 out.. i hate most metal, and he has never heard the music i love, but in the matter of an hour we had this.. it's fun to actually use my equipment for something spontaneous ..

What is the main chord progression? It sounds like it could easily fit onto a radiohead album.

no progression.. thats just "E"
i don't "dislike" radiohead, but i'm not super into them.. i consider them "peers"(albeit far more succesful and talented and priveledged) rather than an influence. they're influenced by the same music i am...my freind kevin on the other hand is a "shredder guy" it was fun to have his take on it..

Well I know the main part has no progression. I was asking about the part at 1:28- 1:48,

Ya know, kind of hanging around in the "neighborhood" of "E" ... [lol]

Oh...no reason. :p Just messin with ya Jay. It is interesting the mix you guys created. A lot of times great music comes from such a situation.

I don't know if I could create music in that condition. I could see myself making a mess in the kitchen then passing out on the couch with a plate of pizza next to the sofa.
