Don't know if anyone has seen the X-train concept coaster on their website, but: http://www.maurer-soehne.com/amusement_ ... ter/train/

I have talked to the president of the U.S. based company, and he has said that they do infact use the NoLimits Simulator for showcasing their rides.

Inspired by this, I set out to design an X-train Concept Coaster. Basically, it is a coaster type that differs slightly from the X-car, in the matter that it has 3 or more cars per train. It will utilize the standard low power consumption LSM launch that the company is famous for.

Here's some stats off the top of my head:
~80ft. max height
~2,200 ft. of track
55mph top speed
4 inversions (2 Immelmanns, 2 Corkscrews).

What I've gotten completed sofar:

Finishing up the queue lines, the station, and the catwalks tonight. Hopefully, I'll have the track out soon, before My Batman ride comes out.

Looks quite realistic so far..but with only one shot it is a little difficult to tell.

Sorry about those trees right there. Something went screwy with my sim, and now the smaller bushes won't show up textured. Infact, those trees next to the station aren't even there. They just appeared there somehow. Anyone know to to fix this?

Yah. I saw that on there too.

I hope the next version of NL has these rides. The Maurer Soehne company would really like them.

Why thank you. Took me around an hour to complete it.

I'm expecting it to be done by tonight, so it may be out before tomorrow.

In my own opinopn they look too large, i think they need to be more squashed.

Well, they both have ~+1.0 vert at the top. Any more would be an uncomfortable experience.

I'm putting it up today, so y'all can see it.

Maurer Sohne has never done anything longer than 2 cars, because of weight limits. The X-train has 3 or more cars per train, up to 6 provided the track is built right, and each car is lighter than any regular X-car.

The final track I put out has 3 trims, but only to simulate the train slowing down throughout because of the weight, even though they are much lighter than the X-car.

I am extremely insulted and distraught. I will seek cuddle time with your amazing hot dad to make myself feel better.

Matt, stop being immature. Act like you're 20.

Why don't you just go snuggle with Alton?
