Uhm, actually, it's stated in the rules:
Only 1 single lift allowed. It can be chain or wheels and can be curved.

And, can the train touch the rings?

Cool, I wanna join.

EDIT: I have a question:

Can supports go outside of the boundaries? What about the station, can it go outside the boundaries?

EDIT EDIT: Can 2 track pieces go through a hoop at the same time?

the station can not go outside the boundaries.
Yes, as long as there is enough clearance, which I guarantee you that there isn't.

You could easily make that work. Just make it a tunnel / tunnel intrusion on the same block.

2 passes since you are going through it twice but it is still just one ring.

You are allowed to use AHG, place the 3ds file into the objects folder in the nolimits coaster directory.

- All supports and track work is to remain within the boundaries of the red outline.

So that means no supports are allowed to hit the ground? [;)]

Haha, I was just about to ask that XD

Also, can we use supports to connect the rings to the track to make it look realistic?
And, whenever i test my coaster the G's are fine. But after i put the track through the auto-flabger, the g's are alot higher. why is that? Can I fix it?
