I like your layout. Is there something specific going on in the middle of that large area? Maybe a big hill or something?

The big square is a little weird but I'm assuming you'll 3ds the hell out of it. Otherwise it looks nice.

I don't think he should necessarily add a ton of 3ds there, unless he has something cool planned. A hill, a lake, maybe even a forest could work realistically there. I'm sometimes a fan of open areas in rides...makes you feel like you've actually gone somewhere if you're not always surrounded by track.

Now onto the design, I think you're onto something that can take an average mine train and make it a lot of fun. I personally like Goldrusher at SFMM because of the slow turns on the hillside, a scenic ride is a lot of fun.

Gerstlcrazy make sure the ride isn't 100% absolutely perfect to the terrain because then it's just "too perfect" in that regard if you know what I mean.

Good point, there are two places I think I'll fix then.
