I didn't read the article. You said the program isn't available for Macs. That doesn't mean it was. They aren't running this "Panther" you speak of, either. They're fairly recent; and they are horrible.

No, they're running Panther. Microsoft doesn't MAKE IE for Mac anymore, it's not pre-installed on Tiger and doesn't work under Leopard. You're running Panther, get over it- schools use the standard software that comes on the computer unless a student downloads it, and there's no way to get IE anymore because Microsoft doesn't support it or develop it anymore. I highly doubt your school tech would dig through a tonne of third party crap to get IE on their Macs when Safari would be on it if it was running anything above Panther.

You're a liar and you have no idea what you're talking about, so stick it up your hole.

They also have Safari. But good thing Microsoft is there to provide Apple with the office programs of powerpoint, excel, word, etc. so the computers that are there are Microsoft assisted pieces of crappy hardware that we want to throw out the window instead of just crappy hardware we want to throw out the window.

And, what I don't understand, why did Apple decide to names like Leopard, Panther, etc. Get a PC and run this thing called "Windows". It's pretty simple.

Also, I'm not going to stick anything up my "hole". Speak for yourself.

Regarding the topic, I don't like the iPhone, because of the phone part of it. My friend has an iTouch and it's a fairly good device. The phone bill is expensive, it's not worth it. And the release of this thing is really pissing me off, because all the media shows do nowadays is provide an update of them kissing Steve Jobs's ass. Even my favorite shows on G4. It's not that big of a deal; it's a NEW version of a product; that still doesn't have features Microsoft would think of like copy/paste.

It's hilarious how douchetastic you are. If it's running Leopard it *CAN'T HAVE IE.* and IE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD! It hasn't been since Tiger's release. Meaning, the Macs are running Panther. Get over it.

And They have names like "Leopard, Panther, etc' in ADDITION to OS X. Leopard, Panther, Tiger = Vista, XP, Millennium...

Read with me, genius.

OS X = OS [roman numera] 10

OS X 10.5 = Leopard
OS X 10.4 = Tiger
OS X 10.3 = Panther

Etc.

Microsoft assisted? Ahahahahaha. Powerpoint and Word are awful. Pages and Keynote are WAY better. Excel is the only place Microsoft exceeds iWork. But Excel is being caught up to by OpenOffice which is available for almost every OS.

It's not crappy hardware. You're just a dumbass.

You just have no idea what you're talking about.

You just have no idea what you're talking about.

1. You said douchetastic.
2. I don't know what they are running. I don't really care.
3. It has Internet Explorer. You're not going to sit there and tell me they don't.
4. You didn't explain whatsoever why Powerpoint and Word are "awful". Programs like that aren't supposed to be SOOO GOOD!. They're office programs that help with work, etc. OpenOffice is also not as good of quality as the actual office programs provided by Microsoft.
5. I can call it crappy hardware if I want without being a "dumbass".
6. I actually do know what I am talking about. I'm talking about an Apple computer.
7. You need to stop telling me what is wrong and accept the fact that not everyone worships Apple like you do. Move on with life; our PC's work just as your Apples do.

Now let's both stop talking about computers and keep with the topic of the iPhone "G3". Which I do not like.
X2 ??? Intimidator 305 ??? Millennium Force ??? Iron Rattler ??? El Toro ??? Fury 325 ??? Maverick ??? Skyrush ??? Twisted Timbers ??? Voyage

Honestly I always tell people not to buy anything from DELL, HP or any other ready-made brand pc. Just build one yourself. Everybody knows some-one who should have the knowledge to do something like that. If you buy any brand of PC your only a thief of your own pocket!

unless you buy an emachine. they practically give those away, and you don't have to spend that much more money to make it good. i got my system for 300 dollars, 40 GBHD, cd player, no video card (pretty much), no dvd burner, and 128 MB RAM.

now i have a 120 GBHD (50 bucks), badass video card (120), dvd burner (25), and 2 GB RAM (60). so for 250 dollars, i pimped out my system. for a total of 550~ spent on my system, which, if i were to build it myself, would be a little on the high side, but not by much.

My comment was meant as a joke. Believe me, if I ever decide to get a PC, it will not be brand name.
