What the hell is wrong with these people. Six Flags obviously puts these signs up for safety. You can't walk in the path of a roller coaster, the trains weigh almost as much as a tractor trailer. You can't walk in front of a tractor trailer going 50 mph at expect to be alive and kickin'. I really don't care for people like this, the family should get no money. Sorry, I really have little sympathy for people like this.

Family should sue Six Flags for not performing IQ tests at the gate.

FAIL

Why would someone try to grab somebody's feet? That is the height of ignorance.

I think it's safe to say that we have a front runner for this year's Darwin Awards. For those who don't know, the Darwin Award is given for the person who does humanity the favor of removing themselves from the gene pool by killing his or herself in the most STUPID way.

This guy is #1 on my list.

We had a guy jump Millennium's Fence last week. It was our front low zone before the first tunnel.

from what i've been able to gather i sense that there will be a lawsuit, and it will go like this "why was he able to climb the fence and why wasn't there a security guard there to prevent him from doing so" and the mom and dad will sit there , nod and blame six flags for their lack of instruction..
jest sayin'.. if the parents acknowledge that it was his fault i'm going to be really really suprised..

Westboro Baptist Church should picket his funeral for being a fag enabler and because Jr. didn't pray hard enough. Batman is GOD's creation and that is TRUTH!

His death was the result of his stupidity, not God punishing him.

Six Flags should sue the church group for interupting the operation of one of their rides, thus losing some profit. D:

I wouldn't even blame the park if there weren't any warning signs or fences for all I care. Does the government place warning signs all around the highways to ensure safety?

The lack of common sense is what killed this kid. He probably wouldn't have lasted long anyways if this day didn't happen.

I want to feel bad for the kid, but I don't, because he's a stupid chuffing idiot.

I mean, you have to be pretty stupid to go into an off limits area (clearly if they were old enough to jump the fence, they were old enough to know better).

Second of all, WHY IN THE NAME OF CHUFF would you try to grab someone's feet while they were on a ride!?!?!?!?!? I don't care if it's a suspended ride, or if it's your buddy on the ride, if something is going over 50mph, you GET THE CHUFF OUTA THE WAY!!!!!

Third of all, that's gotta be pretty scary for the people on the ride, especially the person whose feet decapitated the kid. Also, that's gonna live with the group of kids forever, not to mention the church, the kid's parents, and Six Flags itself.

Fourth of all, it serves him right. Clearly he was dumb enough that he deserves to be eliminated from the gene pool.

Give this kid the Darwin Award!

Fifth of all, I find it funny that he was with a CHURCH GROUP! Not a bunch of drunk college kids, not even a school or a camp. A CHURCH GROUP!

I kinda want to know what church it was.

Here are some of the stupid things I've seen people do while I was operating the roller coaster at LeSourdsville, later changed to Americana.
Immediately after I let the train out of the station, a teenage boy climbed out of his seat and sat up on the back of the seat as the train rounded the curve toward the lift hill.
People changing seats as the train is traveling along the track over the hills.
People standing up while riding the train over the hills.
Once, while the train was in the station, a rider told me he was the "stunt rider" on the Shooting Star at Cincinnati's Coney Island. Yeah, right.
(EDIT) A man (he was no teenager) jumped out of the train as it returned to the station, and ran back out on the tracks trying to find his wallet that flew out of the train several hills back. I believe track walking is reserved for maintenance men only.

The list goes on and on. People do stupid things.
