I have a question for everybody on the CC website, and that is, Do you like the B&M Floorless or Sitdown Trains? (Floored Obviously) I personally like the sitdown trains the most, but its a bummer because I havent really seen any floored B&M coasters in a while, there all floorless. What do you guys like?
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

FLoorless is more fun, but the sitdowns are great rides as well.

There was just a floored one last year.

But thats only one floored, there are a lot more floorless than floored, you know that thats true. I've been on one, and that was the hulk @ Universal Studios. I've been on 3 different floorless, medusa @ SFDK, Kraken @ Seaworld, and Batman Dark Knight @ SFNE.

I have to say floorless just because I haven't been on any floored.
Doesn't led zeppelin count as this year?
What are these for?

Both are good. I have only ridden B&M sit downs with floors, apart from inverts. I've never ridden a floorless before (apart from inverts obviously) and it seem a far more interesting prospect, so that's what my vote went for.

Nitro is my favorite sit-down, and one of my favorite roller coasters at that, but there's a lot of good floorless.

I prefer suspended to floorless, because it's the same thing but there's more thrill with suspended (IMO)

I like both of them. Floorless really does not add any other thrill for me. It really depends n the layout of the ride and not the train style. At least for me...

i think train style really can help, but the layout needs to be good.

I have always had a thing for the floorless design since Medusa opened. Are we considering the HYPER coasters in this 'sitdown' category or just Inverting sit-downs (ie. Kumba, Wildfire)?

Actually yeah, I think when you're talking about the difference between B&M sit downs and B&M Flyers. You can see how it makes a big difference, I think te only real difference between the floorless coasters and the regular sit downs is that the floorless coasters just look a bit more modern and smart. Although I would still have to ride a floorless before I could really comment, they still do look interesting to me.

I prefer floored. Ever since i rode wildfire i liked them and even when i went on medusa i still liked the floored ones. But i really hate that everyones going floorless because theres not much difference. I guess you could have also guessed my prefrence by reading my sig.
Trim breaks are your enemy, retracking/smoothing is your friend. I miss b&m floored sit downs. coaster count=39

^ I have to agree, after I rode the incredible hulk, that got me. I dont really know, I've been on medusa at SFDK so many times that its just too ordinary for me. I like floored, end of story.

Although Floorless coasters are a great concept, they aren't that different from a B&M Sitdown. I live near Orlando and Tampa, and I have ridden both designs. So far, the only Floorless coaster that really is better than a sit-down has to be SheiKra IMO. I don't know, but the sensation of freefalling down 200 feet on the far left/right side of the front of the train is a lot better floorless than floored...
Oh, were you expecting something here?

I voted floorless simply because on POV's you can see much better on a floorless, due to the lack of a zero car. Haha. Having never ridden a floorless myself however, its hard to comment!
