I rode it last week and from what I heard I was really phsyced to ride it. I get off and I disliked it! I didn't get that amazing ride full of ejector air that everyone says is there. I got a few pops of air. Magnum had more ejector air. So how does everyone think it's so good or is it only the CP fanboy mentality that everything built there has to be holy.

Back Seat of MF has some saweet air. What seat did you ride it in, front, middle? Also, it's best at night because it's unpredictable.

I think you were disappointed because you went in thinking that it was going to be an extreme ride. It is very smooth, fast, and has some really cool over-banks + some nice floater hills.. but that is just it. It's more of the best 'fun' ride and not so much an extreme one. Either way I still love the ride, the first drop gets me every time from the back seat!

Haha dude where did you hear that MF has air? I don't know a single person that thinks that, it's basically got none. I personally love it because of the height, speed, and drop. Especially in the back seat, that drop is one of the best elements on any coaster anywhere. You need to get out and ride some more coasters if you honestly think that Millennium SUCKS.

Yea dude i rode that and came off with such a rush that i had never felt before. Me and my 9 year old sis rode front row and we got almost no air but the sheer speed of the ride was amazing. You can't say it sucked. If it sucked to you then you will hate alot of rides.

The thing is I don't hate as many rides like I hate this one. I rode mid train. This ride is just way to overhyped. My brother claimed to have liked it but he was trying so hard to actually like it. He told us a few days ago he didn't. I'm probably goinging to be flamed for this but I can take it but MF isn't a great ride at all.

How can you hate a roller coaster? I dont care if i dont get air time, if the coaster is over 300 ft high thats enough to get me pumped. I love MF

It has a really good drop, long sustained floater air, some nice overbanks, and the Intamin slip feeling is really exaggerated which is awesome. If you went in thinking there was going to be a ton of ejector air well of course you were disappointed haha.

I really hate Son of Beast. Rob, you definitely need to check rides out in different seats.

I thought MF was great when I rode it, sure it's not very forceful but that's not the point, it's just a fast, huge, fun ride.

yeah, just cause a ride doesnt have super high forces doesnt mean the ride sucks. different rides are built for different things.

I hate the overhyping of the ride. I went on expecting the extreme and intense ride everyone raves about and came off thinking what people were thinking. Don't get me wrong I didn't hate the ride itself I hated what the ride was suppose to be. It's a fun ride but it's not the extreme ride everyone told me it would be.

^ Weird, I've never heard anyone say it was intense or full of airtime.

If your looking for ejector heaven then go on superman ros sfne. Go in the back and the first drop gets major ejector. I went in the back 3 times out of the 7 times i went on it with no line. (it was after the park closed except for the american coaster enthusiast members, we got exclusive ride time for the hang and bang, batman, and superman.

Millennium Forceless?

It honestly wouldn't bother me if I never ride it.

The coasters there are loved for different reasons. MF is just for the sheer speed and long, scenic ride. With some floater air over the river-crossing hills. When I rode it last, I was back car, and the drop gave awesome weightlessness along with the hills over the river, and even the little one by the station.

Keep in mind that not everybody likes super forceful rides. And if you don't know that much about coasters, of course you're going to obsess over MF.

Personally: MF, Raptor, and Maverick are tied for first on my list. I haven't been that many places. I love each one for different reasons.

Edit: Also, amen to "You can't hate it" or "think it sucks". You can just dislike it. It isn't possible to get slowed down by the breaks and sit in the station, arms crossed like a whiny school girl thinking "Well that really sucked! I hate it!".
X2 ??? Intimidator 305 ??? Millennium Force ??? Iron Rattler ??? El Toro ??? Fury 325 ??? Maverick ??? Skyrush ??? Twisted Timbers ??? Voyage

Did I sit with my arms crossed in the station, I don't think so lol. But the overhype made me get onto the ride expecting so much but I guess what you said was correct that most people don't know much about coasters. I will correct my IT SUCKS comment to I disliked. I did sit 4th car back row. But I do like most of the other coasters at cp.

The problem with MFs air to me is that it's the same as B&M hyper air: sustained floater. Now thats fine, except that there are only 3 spots of it (I didn't feel anything on that dumb small hill at the end that people rave about). Add that to the abundance of overbanks (I hate overbanks) and the drawn out nature of the ride and you have what I think is one of the most boring large rides I have been on. I rode it in the front and back. It sits about in the 20s for me ranking wise.

All in all speed and height alone do nothing for me. The ride actually needs to DO something, which MF does not. Some of my favorite rides are only 60-70' tall, but they actually have a layout to them.

I will say that the forces at the BOTTOM of the first drop are good, but thats about it. I didn't even think the first drop was that great due to how long it takes to get steep, more of the same weak floater and it doesn't feel very long because it doesn't have a long steep section.

Anyone who thinks MF's floater air is good needs to go ride Apollo's Chariot. Same type of air, but like 9 spots of it instead of.....3.
