Just gunna chill in my room dude^.

So yeah, we have arrived in our hotel in Connecticut. Sesame was kind of lame, but we rode Vapor Trail a couple of times, as it was somewhat fun, and their mini-drop tower.

Met up with my roomate Eric (nightmare500) and we were quickly on our way to Coney at 3pm. Rode Cyclone right away near the back and it was pretty awesome...somewhat rough but ejector air every where. Between Astroland and Deno's we rode the Big Apple, Sea Serpent, Wonder Wheel, the ARM drop tower, 2 dark rides, and a topspin. Also grabbed some hot dogs at Nathan's before departing.

We also rode Cyclone before we left in the very back seat. It was extremely rough, but the ejector air was even better. The ARM drop tower was absolutely insane, as you will see in a video I later upload. The dark rides were fun and tottaly WTF. Last but not least, we also got e-stopped on the topspin...3 times! They couldn't get it back going so we got off (like 10 mins later).

Anyways, im off to bed. SFNE, Quassy, and Lake Compounce tomorrow. SROS and Boulder Dash are gunna be crazy.

Nice update Jake. I've been wanting to hit parks outside the western U.S. for a while and from what I already know about TPR trips and what you've said, I need to start saving.

Keep writing.

Damn dude......Dash was f*cking insane tonight.... 15 laps and I still don't think I got enough. Absolutely amazing.

Was awesome meeting you and Eric (Nightmare500)....And maybe even Max (man) again. Was a really fun day (or maybe I should say night).

I'm so tired to post a decent update. I'm just going to say that Dash is pretty much the best ride ever created...ejector airtime all over the place (like seriouslt 15 times or so) and the pacing is just rediculous. Definitely the most insane coaster I have ever ridden.

Oh yeah, SROS was good too.

El Toro has a huge task of taking over Boulder Dash. Toro's air might be stronger, but Dash is so out of control, so freakin intense, and has so many moments of air (I counted 18 times I was out of my effin seat). I honestly don't know how to say how incredibly amazing it is.

Sounds like fun Jake. Once I retire in two years it is my hope to be able to travel to several parks (even without a group) as well. Have fun!

Sometimes the best thing to say is nothing at all.

What do you mean by square him? Lol.

Once I get back home i'm going to have to make a Max Megathread of him doing retarded stuff. We have pretty much formed the Coaster Crazy group and we have been having so much fun even while not riding coasters.

SROS was running so much better today. It felt so much faster and intense, but still fell so much short of Boulder Dash. Rye Playland was sort of a letdown for me, but the highlights were definitely the volare flyer and the three dark rides...which all left max, eric, and I completely confused as to what just happened.

Yay El Toro and others tomorrow!

I've been on both Dash and El Toro and I barely remember Dash at all...that's how good ET is.

Nice report going on. I wish I could be there.

...You didn't ride it last night, though. I have been going there since 2005 and it has always been great but has NEVER been what it was last night. It was just insane.

I still don't believe it's possible to get any better than Dash last night.

...too bad I can't post something that would help prove that point.

Once again, I'd like a very detailed report on SFGAdv that you're going to tomorrow. It might be the one more thing I need to convince me (and my mom) that it's worth going 9 or 10 hours to.

If you're up for it, lol.

I forgot to say, sounds great so far. I've never heard of Boulder Dash before now. =O

SFGADv is a great park. Being only about 2.5 hours from my location its a nice kind of Ceder Point substitute. Though last time I was there, Viper was still at the park. Its defiantly a park I must re-visit soon to get on great rides like El Toro and Kingda Ka and the rest.

Looks like you guys are heading back my way today. (Its 12:50 AM here in Easton PA.) Hope you all have a good time.

Have you been living under a rock? It's been in the top 10 (and top 5 quite a few times) in both Mitch's poll and the Golden Tickets since it opened in 2000....
