Because six flags new england just pisses me off. They completely ruined the park by messing with superman, which was perfection. Everything there is about money, and how many people they can draw in to spend money. They raise the food prices, they change theming on a ride, they take crappy rides from other parks make it the new addition FOR THE YEAR. Just wtf?! What is this!? And what up with the fact that they have more coasters than decent flats? What am i supposed to spend my day doing? I went once this year with my friend and we rode bizarro and they hated it because they couldnt see and the restraints hurt and the audio sucked, then we rode batman, and then we were bored because the lines were long (due to the fact that there is basically nothing at the effing park) and food was overpriced, so we left. The park is just so crappy nowadays, that the only reason i visited later in the year was to ride cyclone because it is the only good NORMAL coaster in that park. I mean i know a company has to make money some how, but cant they just make their scams a little bit less blatant? I really hope this new six flags president thing goes over well, and that they fix up this park. Every experience i had at the park this year has sucked. Am i the only one here that feels like six flags new england has just plain sucked after they changed superman?

Lake compounce is doing great without any scams and shjt, why cant six flags?

Six Flags New England is meh. Cyclone is a great ride, and I advise you get the flash pass it is killer (well then i live on the opposite side of the country so i cant visit it every day). Batman is fun, but not worth a long line. The day I went they were not playing the audio on Bizarro which i was thankful for. The only way to not have the restraints hurt is to lift your self up in your seat while they check the lap bar and then after they are done sit back down leaving you 4 - 6 inches f airtime/breathing room. Yeah Six Flags needs to learn some stuff... Big Time. Pandemonium is a fun ride. Thunderbolt has nice air. SFNE, SFA, SFSA, and SFDK seem like the "eeh love it" six flags parks. The other ones get the good stuff most of the time. Yeah Lake Compounce is awesome.

Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Anheiser Busch, well, blackstone(?) group, has been working well with the busch parks. They are my favorite corporate group. They dont overprice stuff like sixflags. The passes are cheap too.

^yeah lol it was $80 dollars to get into seaworld san diego last time i went... It has 2 thrill rides (which are both meh) and the animal exibits are boring. And Busch Tampa is like 89 bucks :L Busch parks are almost as pricey as disney parks :O But Yaminub, the season passes are a good deal since they are like $10 more then a one day ticket??? correct me if im wrong. I bought a SFMM season pass and i think it is a good deal. I mean, it was $60 and i live an hour to 45 minutes away sooo...

Actually, Six Flags Great America is pretty well run. The park usually has a good feel, lines are for the most part kept under control, and we have a good collection of rides, mainly the ones Marriott put in.

BGE/BGW is my favorite park. Then BGA/BGT, then cedar point. I dont want to spend $5 per bottle of water at cedar far parks.

Lakemont was surprisingly good. On Wednesdays you can get unlimited rides for 3 bucks! They also have a bizarre kick ass ferris wheel where the cars are hinged in the front and back instead of on the sides so you can steer and do flips.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Sounds fun. Knoebels is also a really great park. Its an awsome atmosphere and has great rides, plus both pheonix and twister kick ass (yes i find twister to be extremely underated and is on par with pheonix because of its steep drops and lats that feel dangerous because they are so hard and you are so high up).
