Ok,

I decided to make a new topic for this coaster because the other one was starting to get crowded, people would be confused about where to look for the new update and blah blah blah... so...

Here is my third update for the coaster, Streamline. I have now added a nice overbanked turn, a couple of low ground sweepers (unfortunately the transitions really aren't very good for those...) but the transition for the overbank is nice and smooth, not too fast or too slow, just right. I think. Here are some pics.

This is the layout, i think its pretty sexy.

...and these are the new colors, which I also think are very very sexy.

Any comments, questions, suggestions, anything, let me know because I want this coaster to be a good coaster for my first FVD.

Thanks All,

Cody

Another Update Comin Atcha!!!!

Well, the coaster is now coming along very nicely. Supporting has started, some terraforming is goin on, some catwalks are in place, and some more trackwork has been done. The supports are going to be grey, which i think goes very nicely with the cherry red color, i think im going to make a bit of a darker grey though. Here are some pics of the additions:

The second half of the coaster, transitions suck through there though, i think im going to touch up on that. You can all see some of the catwalk that has been done.

90 DEGREEZ!!

Some nice little camel backs, the first is a floater hill, the second is an ejector, keep the riders "out of there seats."

There is my little update, ill keep you guys posted with more. I expect the coaster to be out in probably about 1 to 2 weeks depending on how things are with school and such, but i have a 4 day weekend coming up (YES!) and i will work on it then some also. There are a couple of thinkgs that I might need if somebody is willing to help me with them though... I need about 1 more tester, i already have a couple, dont need to many more, and i also need to see if somebody is willing to make a nice station for me. If you guys could help that would be fantastic, and if y'all have any questions, comments, concerns, anything at all, let me know.

Thanks Guys,

Cody

I can't even decifer between links and ads anymore...posts like that drive me insane.

Looks quite good. Very conventional for an FVD-X-Car, but I look forward to more.

Well... Unfortunately I have to say that I am going to put this coaster on hold for a little while. I am just getting a little fed up with it, and i am just going to take a break from it for a while... Probably going to resume building in about 2 or three weeks. Ill let you guys know when I going to start building it again. Sorry everybody...

--EDIT--

I kinda lied actually, after thinking it over, im going to keep on building this coaster. The only thing is though that I am going to completely change the track work after the launch. So yea... sorry, i lied. [:D]
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Well, Its been a while, but heres an update!!!

New things:
New Station
More Trackwork

This update isnt huge, but its worth showing. As you can see i made a new station with sketchup, and its looking very good. That is the entrance. I am going to have an exit station and an entrace station to speed up the ride process more. Here are el pics:

Here is my station, its not done yet, im going to cover the section of track between the entrance and the exit station. You'll see what I mean.

Yum, am i right?

Well, thats about it for my little update. I started working on supports, but hated them, so im starting over with the supports. I hate supporting, its makes me cry.

Post a comment if you like it!

EDIT

Cmon guys, as I said in the "What's going on?" forum, a good way to get people uploading there coasters is to respond to these hard hat forums because we feel like with no people responding to these forums, we dont have any inspiration to make our coasters. Cmon, just some responses, 260 reads, and 9 posts, and 4 of the posts were mine. Cmon guys, we can do better than this.

It looks nicer. The new layout and track work is a lot better. One thing I'd like you to actually take your time on is Theming, and Supports. Supports are often overlooked, but they add a ton to your technicality score if they're fantastic. Keep it up. Waiting for new updates.

^dont worry, ive been spending TONS of time on my 3Ds, this ride is not even close to done, believe me, i've got work to do.

EDIT:

Cmon guys, please respond. Everybody needs to start responding more and getting a little more interested because I have actually lost a lot of inspiration to finish this coaster... I've already started on a Euro and an Intamin Accelerator. Cmon, lets see some more enthusiasm. This isnt just for my post, this is for everybody's posts.
