I Just completed trackwork and have just begun supportwork on a sexy hillside CCI, ala Rampage @ Visionland. I also take influence from some coolio rides like Medusa @ SFMexico, Boss @ SFstl, and Raven @ HW. Yeah, its that cool. Features neato terrain interaction, lots of cci airtime, and hard laterals. No banking included.

Stats:
Height: 100 feet
Total Elevation change: 120 feet
Length: 3660 feet
Speed: 54 M.P.H
Trains: 2 with 6, 2 bench cars = 24 riders per train

Medusa @ SFM is always a ride I wanted to recreate. I had the first bit started but the ride just was so...different. Loved the use of the swoop turns.

So good influences there ;)

^Yeah those "swoops" are very interesting, especially the one into the second to last turnaround. My main influence from Medusa was the drop and some of the turnarounds...cool looking ride.

Looks good, as far as I can tell from the picture! The layout is really neat!
I just love the looks of CCI coasters, and I started working on a couple before, but i lack my own experience with them...
Oh well, at least I'll get to see yours. [:)]

The supports directly under the track will be made with the autosupporter, but everything else (ledgers, catwalks, handrails, lateral supports, support bridges, ect.) will be done by me! I plan on making a wooden station and transfer shed too.

I downloaded your scrap CCI, which is an amazing ride, and I am stating to put custom supports on it. The coaster rides amazingly like a CCI, with the right CCI jerks and twitches.

God I'm so glad you're making another woodie. I dunno if it's official but if you weren't gonna edit the color of that station you might want to. All that tan is kind of an eye-sore. But it looks amazing, as well do supports, and the layout. Looking forward immensely!

^Yeah, I was thinking I need to do that. I'll mess with it later, I've already placed like 1000 nodes today!

Still need name ideas people! If someone gives me a good one I'll give yah some points.

Bear
Claw
Bearclaw?
Shaker?
Rougher?

Something pertaining to rape or roughness I'd assume. Every CCI I've been on was a trauma hazard.

Heh, thats why I was considering Tormentor.

I went ahead and edited station colors...made the platform and walkways a light brown and the roof a dark brown and it looks really nice. Left everything structure wise the same color.

Btw Bearclaw is kinda cool...but kinda noobish in the same way, haha.

Body Pounder?
Slammer?
Jerk Up?

The station looks fine to me, I like stations that are one color.

How about Centaur? I think that'd be a pretty cool name for a hillside woodie.

This ride looks sexy. What tools did you use for this one? FVD, elementary, other formulas.

I don't want to give away too much, which is why I chose to just post a picture of the side view, which gives away as much as I'd like. Ofcourse, I will continue to post pictures of certain details that get you excited for the ride but don't give away that much of the ride.
