well now you can

Alton Towers have announced the sale of one of the Corkscrew train's front carriage. The sale will be an auction style sale on the internet auction site eBay. Bidding starts Tuesday 2nd December at 10am for 10 days.

This comes 3 weeks after the Corkscrew took its final passengers, as it closed after 28 years of thrill-seeking service. This action is to support Merlin's own charity, Merlin's Magic Wand.

Details of the car in the auction are;

Corkscrew Front Row Ride Car - The Facts!

* 1 careful owner
* Full service history
* 2.9 metres in length
* 1.4 metres wide
* 1.5 metres tall (all dimensions are approximate)
* 4 seats and 4 harnesses
* Delivery to UK mainland addresses included

Don't forget, the auction begins Tuesday 2nd December at 10am, and will run for approximately 10 days, concluding 10am Thursday 11th December.

hahaha, be funny if you bid like ?????????50,000 and it didn't get outbid, I'd certainly laugh at you.

People seem to be thinking this is going to raise a huge sum of money...? why? I seriously doubt it will. How many members of the general public will be interested in it do you think? Not many I wouldn't have said. So we've narrowed it down to coaster enthusiasts.... how many of us are rich? Well, I know I'm not!

I'm betting it will go to one of those amusement museums who have money.

Wow, that is already way over priced. You could make your own for about ?????????300 and make it look pretty much the same. But seeing as it is Europes first corkscrew coaster.

So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.
