Intimidator 305 Questions

Anyone have any idea why they have water misters in the station that spray the wheels of the train? I've heard of them doing this on Titan because of how hot it gets, but Millennium Force doesn't utilize water misters to spray the wheels, so why does Intimidator need them?

And does anyone know what songs they play while waiting in line? I'm trying to download some of them

Probably has to do with some thermodynamics and shedding heat.

I'm no engineer but I'd guess that the wheel to track friction is very great on those rides so they cool the wheels with water because the friction creates a fair amount of heat.

Yup intimidators forces are much greater than mfs and it takes a toll on the wheels. They get reaaally hot with friction. Without them this would be where most of the wheel would migrate to-
