On Blue Tornados final helix, the riders on the left side can touch the bushes under the track...
IMO, the speed there is about 40 kph, but I might be wrong...
It's a very weird feeling...
You can see in these two pics, just how close the helix is to teh ground...
Yesterday at Six Flags:
1) blacked out on Nitro's helix for the first time, as well as the part between the first loop and zero-G on Batman
2) Getting airtime on Kingda Ka...actually that was really fun, not weird
i rode screamin eagle at six flags st louis like 4 years ago and i sat in the front and the right side of my car lifted off the track 2 feet it was so weird..

It feels that way on that ride but thats just the way the hills are designed i think.
Trim breaks are your enemy, retracking/smoothing is your friend. I miss b&m floored sit downs. coaster count=39

im not going to start explaning why that is untrue so i wont
the only wierd experiance ive had was on the roller coaster at blackpool pleasure beach the first time me gouldy and sam went there and i was laughing so hard i couldent see. so otherwise i havent had any weird experiences
When i ride Nitro for the first time each coaster season, on the helix i start to black out but my vision gets orange-ish. Its really weird, but I love it.

It's weird but it hurts [:(!]
As soon as you touch them the arm goes behind and hits the seat really hard [xx(]
I did it once and I'll never do it again.
I managed to only gently brush it the first time i did it, than did it another time and the same happened to me, lol.
It's still really fun, tho, and my hand was dirts when I got of the ride!
XD
1. When I was about six, I was at Kings Island. I was about an inch too short to ride the Beast, so my parents took me to ride Adventure Express instead. On the lift hill right before the station, we were E-stopped in the tunnel at an incline for about 15 minutes with odd "air-punching" figures on either side. It scared the crap out of me!
2. Every time I get off of Boss at SFSTL, I walk about halfway down the exit ramp (it's quite a walk) I start to get a headache and I get that odd feeling you get when you stand up off the couch too fast where you sort of buzz out and start to fall down.
3. My band director broke his back on the Beast at KI when he was a teenager. He had wedged his arms under the restraints and his back popped badly on a leadless turn. It was actually confirmed broken later.
