Then somebody just has to keep an eye on the forum to make sure they don't post random crap just to get enough posts

You should have that 4 minute 59 second thing with a giant red link tht says DO NOT CLICK!...and they can either wait or click it to download...similar to what you said.

Well, my idea is more focussed on the ads. Since slapsta gains slightly some money from the ads. When n00bs click it, slapsta get's money and they get their download. If they don't click the ad, they just have to wait patiently 5 min before they get what they want. [:)] The download delay would only count for like the less active foo's with under 25-50 posts. But you shouldn't mention anywhere what the exact limit is from disabling the delay. So n00bs think everyone have that delay and you only find out that you can disable it when you start becoming active. [:)]

Eventually only a Win-Win situation for us and slapsta [:)]

And if n00bs are spamming the crap out of the forums you'd notice it right away. Think about it: Suddenly 25+ random posts from the same member in a couple of minutes? That definitely makes him/her noticed on the forums, so he can be banned and maybe we could track the IP for further actions. (Like 2nd account with same random actions)

Dirk, that'd break Google's Terms and Conditions.

There is probably some way to get money out of those foo's. Maybe just make them pay for every quick download? $0,10 for every quick download?
And then stretch the waiting time up to 10-15min [lol]

edit:
What about this:
0-10 posts: 30min wait
11-25 posts: 20min wait
26-50 posts: 10min wait
50-100 posts: 5min wait
100-250 posts: 1 min wait
250+ posts: no wait

[lol]

Are you sure it's against the terms? I've been to several other download sites that make you do exactly what Dirk suggested... and if it's legal, I think that's a really good idea.

I'm pretty sure it is, and btw. Google banned this website already so who knows if he will be accepted again.

This website is not banned. I'm banned [:)] Per Dirk's idea, that can happen with a CPM network.
