Believe me, there are much better rides. That's just a tiny speckle of what better rides are out there. Yes. It's a fun ride, and well worth the wait, but honestly, take a ride on S:RoS at SFNE, and you'll understand.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.
El toro-has all the elements speed, pacing ,and savage airtime. Also rerideable and addicting. Kinga da may have 130mph (same wind in face as a cat 4 hurricane) accelaration, height etc but it way too short and gets old fast. There are others too as this forum points out like a few intense sustained ones by Intamin and Gravity Group(Voyage).Wish we had such ride in Canada.
Kinda Ka isn't a terrible coaster but its definately not the best. Its waaaaaaay over rated. I respect the height and speed of the ride but thats not what makes a coaster the best in the world.
The things that I find define a coaster, and put it ontop of others in my books:
Good mix of forces, anything from high positive verticals, to ejector. Plenty of track to keep the adrenalene up, but not too long.
Good mix of elements, from inversions, to helixes, to tight turns that are low.
Speed, height, and overall a coaster in a record book does not automatically make it the worlds greatest coaster. Yeah yeah, it may give you the most instantaneous rush of adrenalene you can possibly get- safely, but that hardly counts in my books, unless it has a good layout to backup that launch, such as iSpeed, or Maverick, or even Volcano The Blast Coaster for that matter.
