Today I went to Berryville which had a incredible playground with a 24 foot tall tower with two huge tube slides coming off it. And tons of other stuff also. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3223/248 ... 83.jpg?v=0

Pffft. Images you linked to are the new safety playgrounds. You want the old ones with the tall straight metal slides.

Yeah, I miss the old playgrounds where you'd would die if you'd fall!

I really want to visit this one. 11 slides, and other things to do.

Yea, I want my metal twisty slides of doom, tire swing, monkey bars and teeter totters back! The Metal Twisty slides of doom RULED with sheets of wax paper. You basically rode the top edge the whole way down. MMMmmm.

I remember the huge red enclosed slide at Blairdrummond Safari Park when I was younger. It built up a TON of static electricity and all of the way down you'd be getting shocked. Really painful but fun! Not to mention that it twisted downwards really tightly and if you went headfirst you generally screwed your back up while being shocked at the same time. Ahh, good times...

Ah, I have a whole park in front of my house, it has 2 playgrounds, 1 is a saftey playground, and the other is an old one. On the saftey playground, it has some good slides we BMX and skate off of, we bring some portable ramps to go along with it, too. And the area is covered in mulch, the old one is covered with those small rocks, that one is fun to just screw around in. Not really tall, but it's good enough to break something easily. [:)]
