Just some fun between rounds of the NL tournament. Based off of the all new El Toro GCI coaster that just opened in Germany. It has the same basic layout but I added a lot of my own twists to it.

Don't expect it any time soon because I now have the tourny finals to deal with and I plan to spend a lot of time supporting this beast.

I can really see the similarities to the El Toro GCI... its good that its not too similar though. The fact u, in a way, mirror the first drop makes the originality better. It looks very consistant with the GCI style so its looking awesome so far. [approve]

Rawr I'm making a GCI too. But it's a Prowler-y [:)]

Yours looks cool. I hope your editor will let you do catwalks this time.

Looks nice! I don't exactly see the resemblance to El Toro (I know it's the one at Freizeitpark Plohn) but that really doesn't matter. This has a pretty nice layout, some cool turns, and some places that I am just waiting to ride through. I'm looking forward to progress; like with all of your rides.

Anyway, it does look very nice. Have a fun time supporting :P

I love supporting wooden coasters...they're a lot of fun.

Catwalks won't be an issue on this one :P.

I'll say that it does work with stress, but it's a bit strenuous! If you like it so much, you can go ahead and finish mine! haha just kidding :)

I'd love the ride with or without catwalks. If you can't, then whoever downloads it can either do it manually or just deal with it. It really doesn't make the ride any different imo.

Only thing I dont see are quick enough transitions. Looks like some of the rotational value has dimished or been smoother out either in the formulas or in AHG. Very tough to get just right.

Well I used elementary to make everything at first, but then altered pretty much everything by hand and did all of the banking completely by hand...the ahg was just to get evenly spaced nodes and a little bit of heartline (and my filter was really low to keep my original banking).

Based on what I've seen from El Toro I think this rides pretty accurately.

I guess I will give you guys an update on this one...since I am in the finals I have been working on that ride (which will be released tomorrow). Once that is done, I will have some time to work on this, but am also working on a recreation of a certain coaster.

I'm pretty sure it's Grizzly at KD. He had it made of 3ds in another one of his rides.

You guys are all wrong...look at my avatar ;).

BTW, the woodie I used the 3ds on that coaster was based on Grizzly, but not a recreation.

New Mexico Rattler will be done, eventually.

^ Talk about a bump.

Are you still working on this ride though? Or are you working on your SLC?
