I agree with you on the second line, but the first, She shocked everyone and she has already been offered a record deal.

She's got a face for radio

She was pretty good, not terribly impressive, but the real message here is how shallow modern audiences are. Music has been replaced with entertainment.

Is anybody else really tired of hearing about some older British woman, that probably none of us would ever buy an album from? Sure she can sing, but I dont want to see her face on the news every half hour, all day long.

...It is taken in England, she is from up North, where the weirdo people live. Rather than the South where all the pompus bed wetting southerners live. Best is here in the middle, where we're just the right amount of weird and just the right amount of pompus bed wettingness exists [:)]
