ok ive got a few annoying things to get off my chest

as alot of you know im going over to europe and spending a week with dirk but the AWFUL british companys just dont want it to fecking happen!!!!!!!!!

firstly there is natwest bank who are the MOST IRRISPONCABLE ,RUBBISH, GOD AWFUL bank in the UK. i have had a URGENT transfer from mine to dirks account from almost 3 WEKKS ago when this was ment to take a maximum of 4 days, i have been back to the bank 5 time and rang them on more times about this but they are the most useless, unhelpful people i have ever delt with. i will be switching banks as soon as i get back as i have had enough of them forever more.

secondly the mobile system is USELESS. O2 UK will let dirk ring me however it wont let me ring him!!!, i mean WTF is going on. shurely its not that hard to do this the other way around, texting takes 30 mins to reach him and its not like its being taken by mail or courier pigion is it? this is a form of comunicatin that is surposed to take seconds!!!! not bloddy hours of my feing busy life.

there is boung to be a 3rd thing go wrong tomorrow, HAS TO BE!!!!!! its sods law. im just so FECKING frustraited with this countrys weak, lazy and awful service in things that take no time to sort and fix.

Don't you just love 'modern Britain'.... I have had similar issues as toy regarding mobile providers, except I am on vodafone. Quite astonishing that when you don't fulfill your obligations... i.e the bill, they feel free to punish you, but when they FAIL it is deemed acceptable. What ever happened to the customer is always right. Yet another FAIL to customer service. I would say alot of these corperations run there busineses as if they were drug dealers pushing there goods.... full of promises and bulls**t with nothing to back it up and no come back to them.

just thought i would share my thoughts Gazag :D and maybe have my own rant flung in .

Should switch to Orange, never had any problems with them. My contract doesn't cost a lot, I get unlimited texts and 600 minutes a month, when you have a problem with your phone they send you another one within days without any real question. It's supposed to be 18 month contracts but they ring you after about 13-14 months and send you a couple of upgrades to try and then upgrade you on the same contract. You get to take a mate to the cinema for free on wednesdays and when we went to Spain, the service switched perfectly fine straight away and calls and texts were instant between us and the UK and the story was the same when we went to America, no problems what-so-ever. The odd slightly pointless text from them now and again but.

I'm not a walking advert for Orange, but the point is, it's not all companies in the UK. I do agree that a lot of things have gone down hill big time here, as they have everywhere, but you just have to look for the good stuff harder now. It's still there.

Another example, I'm with Nationwide, I do all my banking with them, never ever a single problem, apart from the current extremely low interest rate but they can hardly be blamed for that.

Stuff like this can get annoying at times though, trust, I know that. Especially the ones that mean you have to talk to someone in India when you have a problem [lol] they're the worst.
