This makes me realize that i hardly ever go to the movies. I mean watching a movie in the cinema is much more fun than just at home, i mean if you disregard annoying people around you, but still i keep watching all my movies on my computer or TV.

Anyways, there are tons of movies i love, but i guess you've probably seen them all. But just for fun, some of my favourites are Pulp Fiction, Sin City, L?????????on, Arsenic and old Lace, and The Good, the Bad, the Ugly. But those are all pretty famous movies (except arsenic and old lace i guess), so most people have already seen them. Still, they're great.

Warning: Its not in english but the subtitles fly by without you even noticing your reading them.

Crank 2!

Also, any day that you don't know what to watch, Anchorman's definitely the best choice.

I just recently watched(and am in the process of reading) Battle Royale. It's a great movie-though the book is far better-and I would recommend it!

Leon is probably my favourite film of all time.

I totally disagree. I thought it was brilliant. Visually stunning, reworking some fantastic music and telling the stories of life in the late 60's in a new way.

I think the film "May" is fantastically warped and disturbing.

As for the afore listed "hollywood friendly" films on here, I will agree that the "Wrestler" was pretty good and i did like "Coroline" as 3D technology has come so far. Most people hesitate to take film advice from me though as I usually don't like much of what's out there. I have never seen nor have any interest in any of the Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings movies and am the only person I know who didn't like "The Dark Knight".

I know this is an old topic but I dont see any harm in bringing it back.

Orphan: I really enjoyed this movie. Maybe a little over the top but it was fun to watch.

The Descent: I have seen a lot of horror movies and this has to be my favorite. Its non-stop action and terror.

Them: Not scary more creepy, but I liked it because it felt real. I liked it much more than the Strangers.

If anyone hasn't seen Taken and is looking for a good flick, it's definitely worth at least renting. It's pretty much an hour and a half of Liam Neeson being a total badass. I loved it cause he skips so much of the suspense bullpoop you see in so many action movies. It also makes you laugh at rich people, which is always nice [:D]

"The Last House one the left" - This movie was really good, and I really enjoyed it, especially the ending, yes it does have a horrific rape scene, but the rest of the movie is really good.

"Bruno" - I really liked this movie although it was really different than any other movie I had seen. The images in some parts are pretty grotesque but if you can see threw them you can see some of the comedy.

I know it was an old topic I wanted to bring this one back instead of starting a new one. How was it a noob bump up? This topic is for sharing movies that you found interesting. Its not like its one of those topics that's already been answered and doesn't have any use. Its open ended.

btw I forgot to add Pans Labyrinth

Screw the critics, Transformers 2 was a great movie, you will get VERY into it (Idk if it's still in theatres, it's been in them for a while!)

And...District 9!
"Don't be a disability"... yep, still keeping that. :P

Gran Torino I think deserved an Oscar.

Then again Dark Knight, WALL-E, and Gran Torino got ballpunched at the Oscars.

^^^Uninvited and Push are both amazing [:)]

GI Joe is straight badass. I know a lot of people don't think it looks good but I found it fantastic, with a much more impressive plot than I even thought to expect.

I want to see District 9 and A Perfect Getaway.
