This will be my first complete ride made with FVD, along with being my most realistic ride to date (by far). It's somewhat inspired by Apollo's Chariot with terrain interaction, and should have a great "lost in the forest" feel.

Realistic shaping

Right now as names go, I'm thinking of something kind of smooth with a mysterious feel to it....I have some ideas that I may post later. Thoughts? Comments? [:D]

And what is the 18 Zone formula's??

Sorry, I am a bit of a noob at NoLimits. As for the ride, it seems to be coming on nicely, keep us posted.

The hill looks like it could use a little more peak to it, just seems a bit too rounded in my eyes.

^Its fine to me. Look at some b&m hypers. They have that shape on the smaller hills.

I've been using the 12 and 18 zone forumulas, yes.

Gerstlcrazy, it is a little bit more pointed than it looks from that view (looking up) but I will look into that. Right now it pulls -0.2 to -.4 at the crest, is that about right?

^Well I can't see how much difference looking up a few degrees could make, but if you could I would try to peak it a tad more. Apollo's Chariot for example has very large, slightly more pointed hills. The forces sound good from what I know, I just still think the shaping doesn't fully represent the realism that you could get to make that much better of a ride.

Bigger hills like the one in his picture have a little more of a peak.
