[NL] "Speeder Bike Chase" Remade!

Ok, I know versions one and two were total crap, so I restarted from scratch. Version 3, which will be released VERY soon, is faster with less tree hits and lateral G spikes, takes place in a larger area of the map, and (in response to a request made by thewhytestripes in a review of version 1) it's a dueling coasters track! This is my first attempt at a dueling coasters track, but I think it's way better than V1&2.
