The story-

A design for an intamin hyper was being considered in 2001 for Six Flags St.Louis and was put off for a while because of Kingda ka. It ended up being forgotten up until now. Just about a year ago they found the files and are planning to pursue them. They decided that since both Darien's and SFNE's superman were taken out of the S:RoS chain, they would have another one in. They found someone to create the simulation and are in the process of creating it (me in this case). Because it is a design from a while back, it still includes some of the characteristics of an old Intamin.

The coaster so far-

*Completely done with fvds
*Drop is 70 degrees
*low to ground Helix
*-1.2/+4 gs in back
*overbank

^Definately. (i just cant handle a completely floating track)

Im not going to use one prefab in the entire ride.

Check out the page there's a new update with some photos. My trackwork is about 90% right now.

Thank you! Well I'm really getting used FVDs. I've simply kept my hand building skills(ex:Demeter was hand built). I think my fvd work for this coaster I alot better than i expected it to turn out. Maybe you could test if you want. Do you?

Wow, I think this looks great...and it seems if you have nailed down a lot of the old-school techniques of the SROS coasters.

^Thanks! Don't expect a final coaster within the next week. The supports of old intamins are difficult.

^Yeah, they are a pain. It took me like 2 weeks just to do the Goliath/Titan style supports on my Giovalona

Wow! This looks really nice! Very nice and realistic shaping. That last picture of the parabola just looks very... smooth. I don't know how you can use FVD at all. I sure can't! haha

Its sooooooooooooooo much easier than it looks. All you do is pretty much plug in how much g force you want and how long you want it. Same with banking. The other stuff is already there.

This looks really cool!
As many have said, looks just like intamin!

If you're not in a lot of hurry with this, and need testers, I'd be glad to give it a look, and report to you!
:D

I've tried many times and failed many times! I don't think i've been able to make a single element. Wait... One 0g roll that had like 15 lat G's. [V]

^Yeah well it took me the past two years for it to click so...
I have felt your pain. All that stuff you see in the formulas is so ugly. It makes it so confusing to people. I hope they remodel it somehow.
