I'd say a Mondial Capriolo did give me for a pretty long time the most intense ride experience. Locking the gondola at 165ft in the air and let you fly with high speeds, upside down, through the loading dock. The Negative G-Forces are awesome at that point. You'd just get a headache of all the blood that's being pushed into your head. And that for multiple times during the whole ride. Result: Intense and really awesome ride.
But recently a different ride won with most intense... The KMG Inversion. The ride is pretty simple and cool in normal operation. When the arm goes beyond a specific point, the seats lock from rolling upside down. Under that point, the operator can unlock the seats and you'll start rocking slightly and a small chance for a nice upside down roll.
Now you think, what so awesome about that. Well, I've had only one ride so far on it which made that ride so awesome. But that's more because the system kicked in,When it shouldn't have kicked in... Hehe...
The legendary ride I got:
We were loaded with only 2 people on ONE side. Which means, a very unstable gondola. And that was the key so far for having such an awesome ride. The first part of the ride, went as normal. But the 2nd half, after finishing to rock and starting to go all the way up again. Our seat did had some problems on getting us in the perfect 0 position. Result: Our seat was locked in like a 45????????? position tilted forward. The start of all problems. First loop went fine, but the 2nd loop our seat unlocked in the awesomeness of having free movement all the way around! The rocking and rolling of the seat went so insane and abrupt, that it was just too intense for any normal guests. And just to top that off: When having a short pauze on the top. (When everyone hung upside down and we didn't) It locked us, and instead of rolling, we just took some insane nosedives towards the ground and did 4 laps of upside down goodyness through the loading dock in a row! (With at least like -3g on your head since the ride was rotating us on full speed.)
Just that upside down part made my eyes just feel like they could explode any minute. First time that i've actually had soo much negative g's on my body. Definitely the most intense ride ever, No rollercoaster can top that.
