I LOVE the sound of that launch. It just sounds really smooth

And I can't wait to see this thing on full speed

Itll vary. Youll see it go over with that speed, then faster, then a lil slower, then whatever. Its a rocket. And since its not utilizing a trim at the top of the top hat to control the g's, the speed will vary throughout the day.

Dont expect it to maintain a set speed over the top. However, I doubt itll really detract from the ride experience. Much like Storm Runner.

Wow, i had no idea this thing inverted. Easily one of the most innovative and creative rockets out there today.

Keep in mind that during testing is where the park wants the rollbacks and varying speed settings to take place. That way they fully account for all launch needs by the time the ride is set to open.

Technically, this ride is not a rocket, it has LSMs.

Video of the first test with people on board!
I envy them...

And, omg, it even seems to have a brief pop of air on the dip to the brakes! <3

So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

Yeah...too bad it starts moving before the big acceleration. That'll kill a lot of the launch excitement for me. IMO, not knowing when the launch is coming is often scarier than the actual launch, plus initial jerk is also exciting and that may be reduced now.

Still easily the best rocket coaster though...the beginning of the launch is only a small detail. They made some weird decisions with some of the ride I think, but overall it'll be absolutely awesome.

So glad I'm half Italian and have family in Italy...that means, though likely it'll never happen, there's always that tiny possibility that I might get to ride haha. Better than nothing :)

yeah tbh that not knowing when it's going to launch is a massive part of the launch experience for me,i think that would detract from my overall enjoyment actually :(

It's a big reason why Xcelerator's launch is my favorite.

Fairness has nothing to do with it. This roll is completely different, especially in speed and shaping, which is why they're not taking it out.

Ive read one preview review that states its a good ride, however it didnt live up to the hype. He stated it wasnt "all he thought it would be". Which, I can see that.
