So I see you went with a "water theme". What kind of scenery are you planning to add?

The station will be set on a pier, first drop will take you through a decaying shipwreck, basically a natural coastline idea.

That's an interesting setting, I like it. I had a similar idea before, but it didn't work out.

Update: 06/27/09

NLDC has a couple new pics on the way of the theming, objects, and some minor re-shaping of the track.

Take note that the ship is a rotting, decaying hulk of a wodden sailing vessel destroyed in a storm who knows how long ago; I am trying to make it look choppy, warped, and decayed.

Hasn't Elizabeth Taylor suffered enough this week without dragging her into this?

You really need to smooth the corks out. Their very pumpy. Try to tool shape the corks for this coaster.

The corks have been replaced by Elementary designed corks. I am now working out the entry and exit for them.

Have you worked out the pumps in the loops, and the rest of the ride?

This is not supposed to be a smooth ride. The remainder of the pumps in the track are intended to be there, and will not be removed.

Plain circles with no lead-in, or lead-out. All intended radius changes are immediate, not gradual.

So, I guess it's time to let you all know I have not abandoned the project, I've just been busy with schoolwork and have not had much spare time to work on it.

Corkscrew has recieved an award, as well; that will seriously help my drive to make this as good as I can.

(Notice: Due to the imminent closure of NLDC, no futher updates will be made to the project page, picture updates can be found here until I've found an alternative.)

Here's a shot of some more framework done for the shipwreck:

This thread is being bumped as I am being accused of stealing parts of other rides and using them to build this one, and those people need to be informed that they are wrong.
