and the fact that someone actually used the combination of NC2, C isn't even close to L, wtf happened there? i might have been able to understand NCL2, slip of the hand or sumthin, but NC2? shame on you.

I'm hoping for a 4-d coaster, as well as a b&m flyer.

I would like the ability to save the track as a 3ds file, or even better the ability to do 3d modelling within the program.

No, thats stupid and would take sooo much space. Theres many of programs to use, jut go the extra step and hit "export". Also, Construction Kit can export tracks as 3ds.

What's stupid about it?, the construction kit can only handle certain track styles and unless Tia makes a new version when NL2 is released (which I doubt) then there will be no way of export the track as a 3ds file!.

Oh, no I meant the 3d designing in the editor. In-editor track 3d exporting would rock.

There's not going to be an editor. NL2 uses a new engine designed to allow greater graphical accuracy, more coaster variety, and enhanced features compared to its predecessor. The new engine also merges the track editor and simulator into one application for the first time. Instead of a global folder for tracks, objects and environments, NL2 uses a project-based folder architecture. Tracks will be stored in separate folders with all resource files required by the track--such as custom textures and scenery--located within. Project folders can be compressed from within the application to a single package file. Users are not required to uncompress a package file unless they want to change its content.

NL1 tracks are compatible with NL2 using an import feature; however, the NL2 track files utilize a much different format.

Hah, the only reason im not looking forward to that, is that i have all the textures in one folder in NL1, which was very easy to create new 3ds using existing textures all in one folder to choose from

This also will make things like the CS park pack decrepit, as tracks won't be able to take the 3ds from the universal folder, and multiple file's of the same 3d will be floating around ur NL2 folder

How about, similar to the RCT3 Wild Expansion Pack, they could additiionally include future designs like the Timberliners and some designs that don't exist, like, just for fun [:)]

Eh, lets get all th eones that are actually real before we go off having fun like that. Haha.
Also, INTAMIN BALL COASTER! Ohmygod would have so much fun with that. They have spinners so adapting it wouldnt be that hard.

Both that and the ZacSpin, otherwise it would be the same thing.

I'm not sure if this would be possible for NL2, but in RCT3, they've come up with a way to create custom vehicles to use in the game, called the CTR. Do you think this would be some day possible to do for NoLimits?

I'm not talking about cartextures, I'm talking about custom vehicles.

actually that would be cooler than I originally thought, especially if it effected the outcome of gravity on the ride

I forgot where I read it, but I think it was confirmed that there will be track transfers.
