Alright, I had a topic like this on CS when it was still around, and i'm bringin' it back!

Basically, this is a topic for users, and NL videos on YT that do not get any credit. You may not see their rollercoaster's, because they sadly fall into obscurity, now some deserve to, and some do not, and the one's that do, but they do not deserve it, or what I like to call: "hidden NL Gems", will be posted here, to get some credits, even if they're small from us! Why not help deserving designers?

I will start off with a great one I found, it is obviously hand-built, so there are a couple of pumps here and there, but he did it quite well, and he only has 49 views on it...and no rates.

Here it is:

So, do we want to continue this topic? Is it a good idea or not?

Let me know!

That rides okay, but the layout was ripped off Blue Fire nearly note-for-note.
Screw Commercialism. It's Dr.Gumbo, not CokeZero.

I don't know about that one Czero.

Maybe he took the concept? (because it is a great concept, which MACK should make more of) Then made his own...actually, I KNOW he took the concept and made his own, it's a different layout, but it has that same formula!

And, If you had a brain you would know it's not a recre...come on CRex.

I don't mean to burst your bubble...but greatplanesman...is Xpress, remember him?

This (his) ride is still on here, he just has not poked his head in here, in a while.

And this ride has over 4,000+ views...i'm nore neglected than that...but, thanks for finding it...

Like I said, UN-CREDITED rides, this ride is quite credited.

But if you can find something that is good, but neglected, a great, hidden roller coaster, please post it here, that is what this topic is for.

It might sound like a good idea, but then the hidden gems will not be so-say-hidden anymore...

Because I feel they should be shown to the public, that's the point - genius!

Anyways, here is another USER, who makes great stuff, and is quite unnoticed!

http://www.youtube.com/user/coasterfanx ... mdiGXqY9Aw

He's got two really nice NL vids. and he used to have a perfect recre. of Expedition Geforce.

Forgot to show you guy's a vid. of one of his rides.

And if you want to see the POV in the sunset (which is quite different from Sunny Day...as you all know...) - check out his profile!

There's a difference between adapting a style and copying a style. Unfortunately, he did the latter.

Here's a ride from DjJavixxxxx that I don't think was ever released on this site. It's got some really cool scenery.

Exactly, if it's good, IT'S GOOD!

To nanner: I know!!! It's amazing how he made that 3ds...if only the ride was realistic to match...I would be amazed to see that at UVS, or IOA! Or even DW!

Who cares?

It's just the difference between taking a general idea and making it your own as opposed to using virtually the same layout like the guy did in the ride. It's just not as original.

Well...I'm bringing this back.

This guy on YT...I can't even say how good he is with hand-building. I should just give up cause this guy is nuts:

He also needs more exposure, people were actually confused thinking his hand-built rides WERE Newton! [lol]

http://www.youtube.com/user/CoolioJoe100

Example:

And now he's switching to Newton 2...I hope he knows what he's doing, because his hand-built rides are insanely good. I think we have a really good designer here.

That's from when I challenged him to a duel of Eurofighters and then didn't waste my time building one :D

This ride was made by myself about two years ago. It was before I got serious with NoLimits and made it for fun. As such, it has a load of flaws, the g's are in check, but it fails the tunnel test a handful of times, the track has its share of errors and the station area and pathway was just half a$$ed and thrown together. It was designed as an aquatrax for fun... the reason I'm uploading it here is because I don't want to actually upload it to the site because it is way lacking in my skill level and was made forever ago... but I still think it is worth a glance because the scenery is nice looking despite the numerous amount of sketchup flaws, and the trackwork isn't too bad... as it is entirely handbuilt. The scenery was made by 3ds max and sketchup.

yup
Dont base my skill level off of this.
