AHG HELP!!!

i need help downloading the AHG package. i started out by downloading it. but wat do i do next???

i believe theres a readme file included with the program in that zip file. Also, search the forum for your answer because i am pretty sure theres a topic on this that contains nearly every tip and trick to get the most from the ahg.
