The top of the lift has the same radius from the end of the straight section to just before the second tall support (about five meters before or so). The radius then loosens up into a tangent of the 80 degree drop. Take a look at Millennium Force from across the bay, it gives a better visual of the change in radii.

I might venture to say Ive got as many rides on MF as anyone here. I was one of the first to ride it, even before the media day event took place. It may not be my favourite ride, or close to it but I know it all very well. I am expecting your 3ds to be perfect. If someone does a recreation of both the ride and surroundings I dont just up-rate because of 3ds. If the 3ds isnt done properly or isnt accurate that actually detracts from the package as a whole.
So - whatever you do, do it well. A ride like this is trickier than one thinks and I want first the track to be perfect before the 3d surroundings come into play. Ill always take a perfect track bare of any 3ds over a mediocre track with amazing surroundings.
