I have this helix on a coaster that I have been working on. Is pulling almost 5 Gs for 7 seconds intense enough? I do not want to put a trim on the airtime hill before it, if I have to.

Way too intense, I believe you can only withstand 5g for 1.5 seconds.

Too weak. I think you need at least 6 or 7G in order to make it anything worthwhile.
