Thats about how much I curl, more like 50 on a curling bar.
You probably did overdo it and its EASILY done doing preacher curls because it isolates the muscle so much. So easy to do.
Well, keep stretchin it, ice and warmth for a few days to bring em back. Those could stay sore awhile.
I think its just easy to make an Intamin because they have done SO many different "types" of rides, rather, Stengel has done many different styles. EGF style which is more like turn, hill, turn, hill, etc. Or SROS with many more hills and large sweeping helicies. Or MF style borefests...lol. Maverick style craziness. LAunches coasters. Really, its just a track type that is versatile.
