YT NL plagerizers beware! I'm lookin' for you!

Let's all sit down for story time as I tell you the story of one little idiot called DMparty3.

Back in my time (or last summer), The most subscibed NL User on Youtube was this fool who always uploaded recreations. Some were Mediocre, some were D grade, and a couple were pretty good. Lots of people went crazy for his recreations, until one day I decided to ride Phyter's Flight of Fear Recreation. I wanted to see what the ride was like without the scenery, and then I noticed something. Everything looked identical to Dmparty's upload of Flight of Fear. He didn't even bother to change to Premier LIM. That's when I found out he has been stealing 99% of everything he uploaded. He went down for a week and came out and announced to his loyal 600 some subscribers and spoke the truth. He said He would have a new channel and "promise" to make his own rides for now on. Guess what happened? They forgave him and subscribed to his new channel.

Look, it would mean that nobody was allowed to put videos of real coasters on the internet, because maybe Six Flags would ask you to delete them. The ones putting videos of real rides on the internet don't claim that they have built those rides or do they?

This thread has made my day, I'm laughing so hard especially at "Video no longer available, do to claim by coastercrazy.com." Oh, man this is a work of genius. I love being a douchebag over the internet sometimes, now I can put it to good use!

I dont mind if the author is cited. Its like here, I dont mind when people use stuff Ive created as long as the proper credit is given.

He obviously doesnt understand copyright rules. If a park found video or something they deemed detrimental to the parks image, they COULD have it removed. Everything in that park is PRIVATE property. Im not even allowed to sell images of coasters because its a protected "icon" of the park. Now, if its harder to identify, I could get away with it. But people dont realize how much protection there is over images and actual places like Cedar Point or a Six Flags.
