Why do you use all those random images in your posts, and why is your signature so big?

Which other one are you reffering to?

If you are reffering to Goliath at La Ronde (AKA the Freecreditreport.com roller coaster) that isn't technically a hyper.

I was thinking that exact same thing, if these two parks have released there info, it's not long till' CP does too. I really hope it doesn't copy the Intimidator theme. I would love to see a B&M hyper at Cedar Point.
Gotta love dem' coasters!

It won't be B&M though...they eliminated that yesterday...as for this ride...I think it'll be fun.

It would have been a little bit more...uhh...unique...I guess...if they would have themed it after the Intimidator's main-rival.

I know it was NASCAR and everybody is pretty much your enemy but there's always that one guy that you just want to stab, every time you see him.

And to have two parks, having one ride, each, themed to the other ride in the other park as it's opposite or rival, would be pretty cool.
Sometimes you gotta sacrifice a little bit of yourself to get the job done.

prefer this to I305, and I bet it cost Cedar Fair a sweet penny less than I305 too.

Still hate the trains, awful, still hate the theme, awful, still hate the name more than anything, truly blasphemous.

The thing is, much of the GP won't even know the other Intimidator even exists. It's sad, but true. I know when i was a little younger, I knew nothing about anything besides what was at Worlds of Fun or Adventureland. Never had I heard of: Busch Gardens, the Six Flags Chain, or any other park for that matter. Even if they are only a mere five hours from each other, it doesn't matter if they're rivalry named, people aren't going to know, unless they campaigned it all across the eastern seaboard.

what's with these stupid staggered trains B&M are using now? Are they optional or mandatory now?

The old 4-wide trains are a helluvalot better than these "new" ones.

Why so much hate for the new trains? They provide more freedom, better sight, and longer trains.

I love 'em.

I just find the ones more astheticly pleasing. I don't really like how the new ones look.

It's not the new B&M trains that I dislike, I think they're very good. It's the theme on these particular trains that I dislike, it's truly awful.

^I agree completely. The theme is terrible and doesn't even fit this type of coaster....not to mention the name is crappy and feels as though it was picked in 30 seconds.

I think both Intimidators look awesome, but I wish more time was put into the rest of the experience (theme, name, etc)

Cedar Fair is not known for any theme outside of Camp/Planet Snoopy. The name though, if you dont get why they are named that, there is no use explaining it.

Its called Intimidator after Dale Earnhardt. The front of the trains looks like the front of a NASCAR. So wheres the problem? What do you put on the zero car if your theme is NASCAR? Even if you hate NASCAR (like me) you should still understand. It looks good for what it is.

Look at Diamondbacks. Its like a snakes head. But, kinda goofy at the same time. I think these are cleaner looking and actually will look very close since a cars front end isnt hard to replicate.

And these trains are SO long, it would be pretty hard to "theme" them in any way like were used to seeing. Even doing a Dueling Dragons look would be stupid since theres SO much room between wheel covers.
