I'll join last minute

And just a question, If I make a gravity group style coaster, and break the length record for all wooden coasters in general, would I get the 4 difficulty points for breaking the RCCA record or just the 2 for breaking the Gravity Group record?

You'd get a total of 3: two for breaking the GG length record, and one bonus for breaking the world length record.

The reason that it is this way is because RCCA coasters cost more to make, so it would comparably cost more to break the world record with it than a GG, and therefore be more difficult.

Damn, I don't have time to finish mine. I just don't have the time between School, Football, HW, ect. Hate to say it, but I have to drop out.

Wow, more cost, yet RCCA coasters suck, especially compared to Gravity Group

So, yeah, I finally got my layout done...
After deciding I'm actually going to do this...
And that was today.

Not bracing it would cut the cost, wouldn't it?

EDIT: highlight the whole track and move it around to make it fit in the editor. It WILL fit if you zoom in close enough!

DEADLINE CHANGED:

Due to certain circumstances, namely a slight change in the schedule I had planned for this weekend, I will be out of town for the next 2 days without internet. Therefore, I will not be here almost all day Sunday, which I believe would be a potentially hazardous problem if someone submits by e-mail and then discovers 2 hours before the deadline that the track didn't come through.

Therefore, in order to give myself time to deal with the traditional end-of-contest scuttle, I have decided to extend the deadline by 24 hours, so that I will be available on the day it is over.

I repeat: the new deadline is MONDAY AUGUST 31, at 11:59:59 pm WWSST.

^ Well, my video card took a dump. I'm without a home PC for a couple weeks. Can't seem to find a similar card. I may have to get a new unit.

Take me off the list please.

Good luck to everyone.

I just finished up trackwork on my CCI, the supports probably won't be great but I'll try to make the crossovers decent and least.

^About exactly the same here...

Also, If let's say, I ran out of time to do any real tunnelwork, would the generic wooden tunnels going through the ground be a problem?
