CCR

Project CCR is my big project for the fall. It will be similar to my creation, "Aerosmith's Rockin' Halftime Show", only it will be themed around an entirely different older band. I'm working on this coaster slowly and thinking of new inspirations to put into it. Notes I can release is that it will have about 3-4 cars per train, a 160ft. tall lift hill with an elevator lift and a 70 degree incline. It will feature 2 lift hill supports and the track is spined to withstand the forces.

Why is everybody into that new lift spine that is on 305?

Yeah, just stop with that spine. Having two supports on a Giga lift hill is ridiculous and I will always have a reasonable number of supports. It just looks silly.

With as big as this ride will be and the amount going into, and under it, it needs the space [:)]

I'm not objecting to the angle of the lift hill, just the supports. Which shouldn't be too bad if you have something going under it. But for example, there are A-shaped supports with cross-braces, woodie style supports, only steel, or MF style towers, which I think support a lift hill better than the spine. Although actually it looks pretty good with a 160 foot lift hill. Just not on a giga coaster :)
