I'm in the process of making a B&M Invert using the fvd formulas and I have a pretty good layout so far. My question is how do you pull off a correctly shaped wingover?

Help Please!

Just imagine the g forces you will experience through out it. Then apply some times to those different forces and play around with it.

More or less you're going to start with a high vertical force, then transition to a lower one(still positive though) and then back to a high force.

Thanks for your comments, but how would I pull off the snapping motion and the correct shaping to the element?

Your going to want to start with a high vertical force, something like 3.5 or 4 G's for your pull up. The twist is going to drop to something like 1.5, and then you want to transition back into the 4 G's for the lead out.
So, my friend came up to me the other day and asked if I wanted a frozen banana, and I said no, but I want a normal banana later, so... yea.

You get the correct shaping by playing around with your timings.

You could try making it by hand first, and look at the g's from that as a guide for the FVD element.
